General Conditions
Sture Home reserves the right to any printing errors, final sales/ and out of stock items and/or factual errors that may be found on our website, or in advertisements. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental permission to order with us. All attempted fraud is reported to the police. Sture Home reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

Rates
All items in our range are listed in SEK including VAT. We reserve the right to price changes and reserve the right to any printing errors and/or final sale. Promotions and discounted prices apply as far as inventory lasts, or until the end date of the campaign. We reserve the right to update prices continuously depending on inventory status during promotional periods.
In case of a placed order, the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail. In case of obvious inaccuracies, such as explanation mistakes, prices or product information specified in the order confirmation (or invoice), Sture Home has the right to correct any inaccuracies, after which a new order confirmation will be sent out by email. The customer has the right to cancel their order without costs if the corrections are not accepted.

Among the payment options you can choose between, among other things, invoice, card payment, and partial payment. Invoices are sent by e-mail when the delivery departs from our warehouse. The terms of payment are 14 days net, unless otherwise agreed, e.g. "buy now, pay next month". If the invoice is not paid on time, a reminder will be sent and a reminder fee of SEK 50 will be charged, as well as interest on late payment of 24% and the applicable reference rate. In case of invoice payment, an invoice fee of SEK 29 will be added.
Open purchase
We apply open purchase for 14 days to all products from regular assortment in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen 2005-59). The exception to open purchase applies to consumer-adapted ordering and hygiene items. You can see if the item is an order item under the product and add-on information on each product. If you are unsure which products are ordering products, please contact us at contact@sturehome.se
The Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) gives you the full right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to make a return, please let us know to contact@sturehome.se We will refund the purchase price within 30 days, in case the consumer correctly cancels the purchase. The right of withdrawal applies only if the following requirements are met:
• The product is unused.
• Invoice/receipt is available and can be presented.
• Original packaging or equivalent is adequate packaging
If you regret your purchase within the withdrawal period, we will credit the entire purchase price. However, as a consumer, you are responsible for any delivery and return costs. Please note that the consumer is also responsible for the return transport. The returned product shall be in good condition and shall be returned with its original packaging, or equivalent packaging. If you are unsure, please contact our support before any return and we will get back to you with instructions.
Complaint & Dispute
Complaint
We comply with current legislation and recommendations from the Swedish Consumer Purchasing Authority (Konsumentverket, https://www.konsumentverket.se/), which means that you as a consumer have a one-year warranty and three years' right of complaint. The right of complaint applies only if the following requirements are met:
• Notify your case within a reasonable time to contact@sturehome.se
• Invoice/receipt documentation must always be presented when claiming a guarantee.
• Attach clear pictures of what is wrong with the product.

Return of goods

In the event of a dispute, Sture Home will comply with the decision of Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden(https://arn.se/).
Delivery
Delivery information *
Orders within Sweden are shipped free of charge. Exception applies to hard-to-reach addresses, such as islands without a road connection etc.

Delivery
Normal delivery time is 1-5 weeks.
Incase of any delay we will notify you of a new delivery time by e-mail or telephone. We reserve the right for any final sale and out of stock items.
If you order several goods with different delivery times, all goods are shipped in one shipment when all goods arrive at our warehouse. In the unlikely event that the delivery time is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible from the time the delay has been announced to us. We reserve the right to waive all compensation claims to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Receipt of orders
When receiving an item, it is important to check that the packaging is intact and that the number of packages corresponds to the shipping documents. Check the packaging together with the postal agent/freight forwarder and note any damage. If an item turns out to be damaged afterwards, a listing facilitates the complaint handling. Please note that you may also risk being unpaid if no listing has been made. Shipping damage must be reported to us immediately for further dialogue with the freight forwarder. If your order includes home delivery to door, it is important that you are at home on receipt in order to carry out the inspection above. Own agreements with freight forwarders (e.g. leaving the product without inspection/signing) are made at your own risk.
How delivery works
Delivery of larger and heavier goods: delivery is made to the door if you live in an apartment and to the plot boundary if you live in a villa (at normal access). Delivery takes place on a weekend-free weekday between 8 am and 5 pm, where local deviations may occur. Collection is not included. The post office always contacts you to book an appointment for delivery. Please note that you as a recipient cannot determine the delivery interval, as it is controlled by Postnord's fixed routes in your specific location.
Postal agent: Packages less than 20 kg are delivered to the nearest delivery point as standard. To facilitate the notification, please provide your sms notification mobile number. Please note that you must pick up your package within 14 days of its arrival. If the package is not collected within the time span, the delivery will be returned to us, which means a fee of SEK 300.
Track packages: For all shipments (except letter shipments), you will be notified of the shipment, which enables tracking of the shipment. If you have not received any notification within one week of receiving your delivery confirmation by email, please contact us to avoid any return to the sender.

Unclaimed order
In cases where a letter, parcel or pallet is returned to us by the shipping company due to the customer/recipient 1) not redeeming packages from the delivery point; 2) not available on the specified phone number for notification; 3) refused to accept the delivery; or 4) provided incorrect name, address or contact details, we will charge the customer a fee. For letters and parcels, the fee amounts to SEK 300 including VAT and for pallet/larger packages the fee amounts to SEK 750 including VAT. The fee is charged to cover additional costs, such as return shipping and return administration. The amount is charged either by invoice or by deducting the fee amount from the order amount that is refunded after the return arrives at our warehouse.

In connection with your order and/or membership, you agree that we store and use your personal data internally in accordance with Swedish law in order to fulfill our commitments to you as a consumer. The data is used for identification, administration and communication, including unique customer offerings and targeted marketing. The data may also be used for customer analyses and statistical collection. Personal data may be registered as customer numbers. We process your personal data with the utmost care and guarantee, in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL 1998:204), that your personal data is only used for internal use. The exception is third-party solutions, which need certain information in order to fulfill their respective commitments.
According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information that we have stored on your customer profile. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted completely.
